When will Replikanto not copy trades?

Replikanto will not copy trades in several situations, including when:

• A follower account is Off or disarmed. Off or disarmed follower accounts will not receive new trade copies, while On and out-of-sync follower accounts will continue to receive trades. The one exception is the leader's Close: it is still copied to a disarmed follower (unless it is Market Only), so it is not left holding a position.
• There is a disruption between NinjaTrader and the broker. During a disconnection, follower accounts become unavailable, and trade copying is paused.
• The order is rejected by the broker.
• The NinjaTrader Global Simulation Mode is activated. When this mode is on, Replikanto lists only simulation (Sim) accounts as followers, so your other follower accounts (including Playback accounts) will not be visible.
• The product has not been loaded with the NinjaTrader desktop. In this case, you may need to open the Replikanto window by going to New > FlowBots > Replikanto.
• The leader account is not selected correctly in the Replikanto interface. It's important to verify that the correct leader account is chosen to ensure that trades are copied to the follower accounts.
• The instrument is not selected properly. You must make sure that the correct instrument is selected in Replikanto. If the instrument is not selected, trades will not be copied.
• When Ninjatrader is unable to identify the instrument of trades being placed in TradingView, the following errors start appearing in the logs:

• When using the Market Only feature, exit orders such as TP and SL will not be copied. With Market Only enabled, only market orders (executions) will be copied from the leader account to the follower account.
• When using the ATM Copy feature, only entry orders will be copied to the follower accounts. The ATM strategy manages exit orders and will be in action after the entry order filling.
• The leader account does not get filled. If the leader's market order is not filled, it will not be copied to follower accounts when using the Market Only feature.
• If the remote leader is using the "Block copying of submitted trades" feature on a remote leader, the follower accounts will not be able to further copy trades to other accounts.
• The leader is on the Playback or the Simulated Data Feed connection and the follower is remote. Trades from a leader account on NinjaTrader's Playback connection are copied only to follower accounts on the same computer; they are never sent to remote followers over the local network or the internet. The same applies to a leader account on the Simulated Data Feed connection: its trades are never sent to remote nodes, and the leader's Log tab shows [Copier] Discarded the leader order because it came from a Simulated Data Feed connection; it will not be sent to any node. To test remote copy, use a leader connected to your broker or live data feed. Item A follower account is Off or disarmed, the On column of the Follower Accounts grid: 1 = On (green) and 3 = Out of Sync (yellow) followers receive the trades; 2 = Off (grey) and 4 = Disarmed (red) followers do not. A disarmed follower also turns the grid frame red and enables the Rearm button.

Item The product has not been loaded with the NinjaTrader desktop: Control Center > New > FlowBots > Replikanto opens a Replikanto window.

Items leader account and instrument, Control Center Orders tab above and Replikanto below: 1 = Instrument of the leader's order, 2 = Replikanto Instrument (both must be identical, contract month included: ES 12-26 here), 3 = Account display name of the order, 4 = Leader Account (must be the account the order was placed on).

Additionally, Replikanto may not copy trades in the following scenarios:

• When using the Stealth Mode, Replikanto keeps the link between leader and follower orders itself: it is saved when the window closes with working orders and restored when you reopen the same workspace, but it is lost if NinjaTrader closes unexpectedly.
• When trades placed through external software do not appear inside NinjaTrader. Replikanto copies any order that NinjaTrader can see, so trades originated outside the platform can still be copied as long as the account is connected to NinjaTrader and those trades are reflected inside NinjaTrader (for example, orders routed from TradingView into NinjaTrader). The trades that cannot be copied are only those that never reach NinjaTrader; some external platforms, such as RTrader Pro or TWS, may not feed their orders into NinjaTrader and can therefore produce unexpected results.
• Trades will not be copied between two futures instruments with different expiry dates.
• Replikanto does not copy suspended status orders.

It is also important to note that Replikanto does not guarantee perfect synchronization of positions or orders between leader and follower accounts.
