Can AMP Futures prop firm trade accounts be integrated with NinjaTrader 8?

Currently, it is not possible to directly integrate a new AMP Futures trading account with the NinjaTrader 8 platform. This connection was discontinued, and only traders who had their AMP accounts linked to NinjaTrader via CQG or Rithmic before 2015, using older licenses, can still access this setup. The type of account, whether prop or retail, does not affect this restriction; the key factor is having a grandfathered license and connection. If you do not have this legacy setup, you would need to consider alternatives, such as trading with a broker or prop firm that specifically supports NinjaTrader 8, often through Rithmic credentials. Another option is to open a futures account directly with NinjaTrader Brokerage, which is fully compatible with the platform.
