Can AMP Futures prop firm trade accounts be integrated with NinjaTrader 8?

AMP Futures trading accounts cannot be directly integrated with NinjaTrader 8 today. Here's what's currently supported, who's grandfathered in under the older setup, and what alternatives are available.

Current integration status

Direct integration between a new AMP Futures trading account and NinjaTrader 8 was discontinued and is not available today, regardless of whether the account is a prop or retail account.

Legacy connections (pre-2015)

Traders who linked their AMP account to NinjaTrader via CQG or Rithmic before 2015, using older licenses, can still access that existing setup. This is a grandfathered exception, not a currently available integration path — it doesn't apply to new accounts or new connections set up today.

Alternatives if you don't have a legacy connection

• Trade with a broker or prop firm that specifically supports NinjaTrader 8, typically through Rithmic credentials.
• Open a futures account directly with NinjaTrader Brokerage, which is fully compatible with the platform.
