Can I buy extra licenses to give to another person?

Short answer: No

FlowBots licenses are personal and non-transferable. You cannot buy a license and give it to another person, and you cannot let other people use your license. If someone else wants to use Replikanto, they need to purchase their own license.

What our Terms and Conditions say

Under the FlowBots Terms and Conditions, each license is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable. The products may not be used or accessed by, sub-licensed, re-sold, rented or distributed to any other party, and they may not be used for the benefit of third parties.

• Licenses are tied to a Machine ID: each license is linked to the NinjaTrader Machine ID of one computer or VPS.
• Licenses are for the purchaser only: you cannot sell, gift, share or transfer your license to another person.
• Each person needs their own license: anyone else who wants to use Replikanto must purchase a license in their own name.

Can I buy multiple licenses?

Yes, for your own use. If you trade from more than one computer (for example, a home office and a remote office), you can purchase one license for each Machine ID.

What about support?

Technical support is only provided to the original purchaser. Only the purchaser has the credentials needed to manage Machine ID changes on the FlowBots website.

Moving your license to a new machine

Moving your own license to a different computer is allowed. Common reasons include:

• You upgraded your computer hardware
• You reinstalled Windows
• You installed a new version of NinjaTrader
• You're setting up a new trading workstation

To move your license:

1. Install Replikanto on the new machine
2. Get the new Machine ID from NinjaTrader
3. Log in to the FlowBots website with your purchaser credentials
4. Update the Machine ID associated with your license

Important: After changing a Machine ID, there's a 2-hour waiting period before you can make another Machine ID change. This prevents abuse and ensures license stability.
