Initial Steps
If you are having problems updating or installing one of our products and you encounter the following error: "Unhandled exception: Could not find a part of the path", especially if your system information indicates you are using Microsoft's OneDrive software, this is likely due to an incompatibility between NinjaTrader and OneDrive.
To resolve this situation and be able to install or update products (both ours and those from other vendors), you will need to contact NinjaTrader directly. Please know that as soon as this issue between NinjaTrader and OneDrive is resolved with their help, you should be able to install or update our add-ons (and those from third parties) normally within NinjaTrader.
