Where can I find the latest version of the products I bought?

The latest versions of purchased products can be found on the FlowBots website in the downloads section.

• To access the downloads, navigate to https://flowbots.ninja/my-profile/downloads/ link.
• The latest version of the product available to you will be shown alongside the product name, version, NinjaTrader version and status, along with a link to download the file.
• The installation files are in .zip format. The steps to install or update the product can be accessed here.
  • It is not necessary to unzip the files.
  • This method can be used to install or update our entire product portfolio.
• When you visit the downloads page after your one-year update and support access has expired, you'll see a notice explaining that: as a courtesy, we continue making new releases available for you to download — this isn't guaranteed and may change at any time, but it's our way of keeping active users on the latest version whenever we can. Your lifetime license remains active regardless, so you can keep using your current or any future version indefinitely. If you'd like to lock in your update access, get priority support, and guarantee uninterrupted new releases for another year, you can renew your technical support package.
