Where can I find the latest version of the products I bought?

The latest versions of purchased products can be found on the FlowBots website in the downloads section.

• To access the downloads, navigate to https://flowbots.ninja/my-profile/downloads/ link.

• The latest version of the product available to you will be shown alongside the product name, version, NinjaTrader version and status, along with a link to download the file.
• The installation files are in .zip format. The steps to install or update the product can be accessed here.
  • It is not necessary to unzip the files.
  • This method can be used to install or update our entire product portfolio.\
• When you visit the downloads page and see the message about new versions being available, this is a reminder that your access to updates and support, included for one year from the purchase date, has now expired. However, you can still download and use the latest version released before your support period ended, and your lifetime licence means you can continue to use that version indefinitely. However, if you want to unlock the newest features and updates, you will need to renew your technical support package for another year.
