Does my Replikanto renewal keep my previous discount?

This article explains whether a discount from a previous Replikanto purchase carries over when you renew, and how renewing works.

Does the discount carry over?

No. A discount code applies to the purchase it is used on — it is not stored on your account and does not carry over automatically to a later renewal. Because Replikanto has no automatic renewal, a renewal is a new purchase, priced at the current list price unless you apply a valid discount code at checkout.

• If you still hold a code that is valid, enter it during checkout to receive the discount.
• If your code has expired or was tied to a past promotion, it will not apply to the new order.
• If you are unsure whether a current promotion applies to your renewal, contact FlowBots support before purchasing.

How renewal works

FlowBots products do not renew automatically. All purchases are one-time transactions, so there are no recurring charges.

1. Purchase the Replikanto license (or support renewal) again on our website.
2. Apply your discount code at checkout, if you have a valid one.
3. Complete the purchase — your existing configuration and settings are preserved, so no extra setup is required.

Annual vs. lifetime licenses

• Annual license — expires one year after purchase. When it expires the product stops working and you need to purchase a new license to continue.
• Lifetime license — never expires. Each purchase includes one year of technical support and product updates; after that year the product keeps working, but new updates and technical support require a support renewal.

If Replikanto stopped working before the expiration date

A license that stops working before its expiration date is usually a machine ID problem, not a subscription problem. NinjaTrader generates the machine ID from your PC's fundamental hardware and software configuration, so it can change after:

• Windows updates
• BIOS or UEFI version changes
• Hardware upgrades or changes
• A fresh NinjaTrader installation
• Installing NinjaTrader on a different computer

If your license is still valid but NinjaTrader shows an invalid license notification, update your machine ID on the Machine ID Manager page.

Checking your license status

You can check your current license status and expiration date by logging into your FlowBots account and viewing your order details. That tells you when to renew if you want uninterrupted access.
