Do FlowBots licenses renew automatically when they expire?

License Renewal Policy

FlowBots products do not renew automatically. All purchases are one-time transactions, giving you full control over when and how you extend your license. There are no recurring charges or automatic subscription renewals.

Annual Licenses

Your annual license expires after one year. When the year is up, the product will stop working and you will need to purchase a new license to continue using it. You can choose to purchase another annual license or upgrade to a lifetime license.

Lifetime Licenses

Your lifetime license never expires. You can use the product indefinitely: the license itself is permanent. However, each purchase (whether annual or lifetime) includes one year of technical support and product updates. After that first year, you'll need a support renewal to keep receiving technical support and guaranteed product updates, though see below for what still happens to downloads after that.

What Happens When Your Support Period Expires

When your one-year support and updates period ends, the product remains functional (for lifetime licenses). Here's what changes:

• Technical support: email assistance for troubleshooting and questions is no longer included.
• Product updates: as a courtesy, we continue making new releases available for you to download on the downloads page. This isn't guaranteed and may change at any time, but it's our way of keeping active users on the latest version whenever we can.

Your lifetime license covers whichever version you download this way, current or future, so you can keep using it indefinitely. If you want guaranteed, uninterrupted access to new releases plus priority support, renew your technical support package.

How to Renew Your Support and Updates

If your first year has expired (or is about to expire) and you want to continue receiving updates and support, you can purchase a one-year technical support renewal:

1. Visit the Technical Support +1 Year product page
2. Purchase the support renewal
3. Your access to updates and support will be restored immediately

Checking Your License Status

You can check your current license status and expiration date by logging into your FlowBots account on the website and viewing your order details. This will help you plan when to renew if you want uninterrupted access to updates and support.
