Can Replikanto copy only the market position, not orders?

Yes, Replikanto provides a feature designed to copy only filled market orders to follower accounts, called Market Only. This mode is ideal when you want to replicate only the executions that actually occur in the leader account, ignoring other order types such as limit orders or stop orders that may never be filled.

How Market Only Works

When Market Only mode is enabled, Replikanto's behavior changes significantly:

• Only market executions are copied — When a market order from the leader account is filled, that execution is replicated to all follower accounts. Unfilled market orders are not copied.
• Limit and stop orders are ignored — Pending orders (limit orders, stop-limit orders, and stop orders) placed in the leader account are not transmitted to followers. Only the actual filled executions trigger replication.
• Works with all follower types — The Market Only feature functions with both local followers (on the same machine) and remote followers (on different machines).

Use Cases

Market Only is particularly useful in several trading scenarios:

• Avoiding false signals — Limit orders placed in the leader account that are never filled will not generate any activity in follower accounts. This prevents followers from entering positions based on orders the leader never actually executed.
• Execution-focused replication — When you only care about the positions that are actually entered (not the orders that were placed but not filled), Market Only ensures followers mirror only real trading activity.

Important Considerations

Before using Market Only, be aware of the following limitations:

• ATM Copy is disabled — The ATM Copy column and feature cannot be used simultaneously with Market Only. These two modes are incompatible and ATM Copy will be automatically disabled when Market Only is active.
• Version requirement — Market Only is available starting from Replikanto version 1.6. Ensure your installation meets this requirement.
• Order management difference — Since pending orders are not copied, followers will not see the same order book as the leader. They only see the final executed positions.
• Your responsibility: You remain responsible for complying with all applicable broker, platform and prop firm rules and account agreements.
