The Replikanto Trader Copier is designed to be easy to use as an add-on for NinjaTrader, letting you copy trades from one leader account to multiple follower accounts — including across different brokers and prop firms. We don't have a single downloadable "product manual" document, but this guide covers everything you need to know, from installation to advanced features, in eight sections (1 to 8).
1: Install and Set Up Replikanto
- Download and Install NinjaTrader: Ensure you have NinjaTrader installed on your Windows PC. Replikanto works as an add-on for NinjaTrader.
- Purchase and Install Replikanto: Visit the Replikanto product page to purchase and download the software. Follow the installation instructions provided during the purchase process.
2: Connect Broker Accounts
-
Connect Accounts to NinjaTrader:
- Replikanto uses accounts connected to NinjaTrader. If your broker account is not yet connected, follow NinjaTrader's guide on connecting broker accounts.
- For Tradovate accounts, follow this guide.
-
Enable Multi-Provider Mode:
- If you need to connect multiple brokers, enable NinjaTrader's Multi-Provider Mode. Instructions can be found here.
3: Set Up Leader and Follower Accounts
-
Open Replikanto in NinjaTrader:
- Launch NinjaTrader and open the Replikanto interface.
-
Assign Leader Account:
- Select the account you want to use as the "Leader" account. This is the account where trades will originate.
-
Assign Follower Accounts:
- Link the accounts you want to copy trades to as "Follower" accounts.
- You can configure multiple leader accounts by opening a new Replikanto TAB for each leader. Each TAB operates independently.
4: Configure Copy Settings
Copy methods
Replikanto offers several methods for controlling how trade size copies from the leader account to each follower:
| Method | How it works |
|---|---|
| Exact Quantity (Futures and Stocks) | Copies the exact volume to every account in the group. Example: you transmit an order for 4 contracts of ES — every account in a 4-account group, or a 6-account group, receives 4 contracts. |
| Pooled/Equal Quantity (Futures and Stocks) | Distributes contracts equally across all accounts in the group. Example: a 40-contract MES order splits into 10 contracts each across a 4-account group, or 6 contracts each across a 6-account group. |
| Ratio (Futures and Stocks) | Applies a ratio from -100 to 100 to each follower account. A 2.0 ratio on a 2-contract order sends the follower a 4-contract order; a 5.0 ratio on a 1-contract order sends 5 contracts. Ratios below 1 are allowed, but a trade may not copy if the resulting quantity isn't divisible by the ratio. Use this spreadsheet to check the calculated follower quantity — works best together with ATM Copy. |
| Pre-Allocation (Futures and Stocks) | Places a fixed, pre-defined quantity on the follower account for every leader order, regardless of the leader's order size. Use in conjunction with ATM Copy. |
