Can I use Sim account as a leader?

Yes, any account can be used as a leader in Replikanto, whether it is a Sim, Live, or Funded account. However, it is recommended to use a leader account of the same type as the follower accounts. For example, if you have three funded accounts, it is better to use one of them as the leader and the other two as followers. This will mitigate moments when they can get out of sync.

Here are some things to consider when using a Sim account as a leader:

• Sim101 Account: The Sim101 account is a fully customizable simulation account unique to the NinjaTrader Desktop app. It is not tied to any specific account username or connection and can be used for universal practice trading with any data provider or broker.
• Local Sim101 Account: The Sim101 account is locally stored on each installation of NinjaTrader Desktop. It does not automatically sync between computers and cannot be seen on the NinjaTrader Web and Mobile apps.
• Sim101 Order Handling: The simulation engine driving the Sim101 account is designed to take ask/bid volume, random time delays for order status changes, and simulated latency into account with order submissions and fills.
• Global Simulation Mode: When Global Simulation Mode is enabled, all order entry windows will only allow the selection of the Sim101 and other simulation accounts. The server-side Demo account attached to your NinjaTrader username will not be selectable in any Order Entry windows with "Global Simulation Mode" enabled.
