Why aren't my TP and SL exit orders copied?

When using Tradovate/TradingView to trade on the leader account, the TP (take profit) and SL (stop loss) exit orders will be copied to the followers as soon as the leader entry order is filled by the market. Until then, it is not possible to copy them because these exit orders are in a Suspended state, i.e. they are not active. As soon as the entry order is filled by the market, the exit orders change state and can be copied to the followers.
